Lagree
Slow. Strong. Controlled.
In this 45-minute microformer class, you’ll move through intentionally paced, full-body sequences that keep your muscles under constant tension. Expect form-first coaching, clear cues, and options throughout so you can work hard safely and confidently. Beginner-friendly and all levels welcome. You’ll leave feeling noticeably stronger, steadier through your core, and energized in the best way. Grip socks required.

Lava-lates
Core-first, grounded strength
LAVA-lates is a 45-minute mat Pilates class that blends classical precision with the burn of light weights and functional props. You’ll focus on deep core engagement, posture, and controlled movement that builds strength while improving flexibility and balance. All levels welcome, with options to meet you where you are. Expect to leave feeling lengthened, centered, and strong. Props may include resistance bands, light hand weights, Pilates rings, and small stability balls; grip socks recommended.

Sculpt
Full-body tone and flow
Lava Sculpt is a 45-minute, lower-impact class that blends strength training, Pilates, and yoga-inspired movement for a balanced, full-body burn. You’ll move with control, using light weights, bands, gliders, and bodyweight to build tone and stability without feeling beat up. Beginner-friendly and easily modifiable for all fitness levels. You’ll leave feeling challenged, lifted, and more connected to your strength.

Barre Burn
Beat-based, high-energy burn
Meet us at the BARRE. Barre Burn is a 45-minute full-body class that fuses barre, Pilates, and cardio-inspired intervals for a steady, feel-good challenge. You’ll work through smaller, high-rep sequences with a ballet barre, light weights and resistance work, guided by clear coaching and options throughout. All levels welcome, no dance experience needed. Expect to leave feeling strong, energized, and a little proud of yourself. Grip socks required.

Full Body Tone
Strength meets pilates
Full Body Tone is a full-body, low-impact class that blends strength and Pilates-based work with Tabata-style intervals for an efficient, results-driven burn. You’ll use weights and resistance bands to build muscle, improve definition, and elevate your heart rate in a way that still feels joint-friendly. Beginner-friendly and open to all levels, with options throughout. You’ll leave feeling strong, accomplished, and energized.

Strength Training
Lift with confidence
This 50-minute semi-private strength class gives you personalized coaching without the cost of 1:1 training. You’ll build muscle and refine form using kettlebells and dumbbells, with progressions that meet you where you are and help you level up over time. Great for beginners and experienced lifters who want more coaching and structure. You’ll leave feeling capable, stronger, and more confident in the weight room. Reserve your spot.
