Everything You Need to Know
Trying a new studio can come with a lot of questions, and that’s completely normal. Here you’ll find quick, honest answers about our classes, pricing options, and what your first visit will feel like. Our goal is to make your first class feel welcoming, supported, and easy to step into.
-
Start with any all-level class that fits your schedule. If you’re curious about Lagree, it’s beginner-friendly and we’ll coach you through from start to finish with options throughout. If you’d rather start on the mat, LAVA-lates is a great first class too.
-
Not at all. Our classes are designed for every level, and we’ll meet you where you are. You’ll get clear coaching, form cues, and modifications so you can work at the right intensity for your body.
-
Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity method performed on the microformer that focuses on slow, controlled movement and time under tension. It builds strength, endurance, and core stability in a way that feels intentional and joint-friendly. Pilates shares the focus on control and core, but Lagree typically adds more resistance and intensity.
-
Expect a welcoming room, a quick orientation, and coaching throughout class so you feel confident. We’ll give a brief overview of the equipment used in class, guide you through the format, offer modifications, and help you focus on form . Plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in.
-
Bring water and grip socks for Lagree, Barre Burn, and Full Body Tone. For other classes, grip socks are recommended. We provide the equipment you’ll need for class.
-
Yes. Our training is designed to be low-impact while still delivering a serious challenge. That said, every body is different—if you have injuries or concerns, let your instructor know so we can help you choose the best options.
-
Lagree is our most strength-and-core focused full-body method, and it’s a favorite for building definition through controlled resistance. Full Body Tone and Strength Training are great if you want more traditional strength work with weights. Sculpt and Barre Burn and LAVA-lates are also excellent for full-body tone with a different style of burn.
-
Consistency matters most. Many clients feel better after the first class, and noticeable strength and tone typically build with 2–3 classes per week. If you’re just starting, even once a week is a great foundation—then you can build from there.
-
Drop-ins are best if you want maximum flexibility. Class packs give you a set number of classes to use within an expiration window and work well if your schedule changes week to week. Memberships are ideal if you want a steady routine and the best support for consistent progress.
-
We recommend booking ahead, especially for popular class times. Reserving your spot ensures you’re on the roster and helps you stay consistent. If you’re not sure what to choose, book the time that works best and we’ll help you once you arrive.
-
That’s completely normal, and you’re not alone. Our studio is known for being welcoming and beginner-friendly, and we’ll guide you through the class with clear instruction and options throughout. The hardest part is showing up—after that, we’ve got you.
